Robson Homes is a family-owned homebuilder based in San Jose, building new homes throughout Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area, including current neighborhoods in Newark (Marabel) and Campbell (Parklane), and future neighborhoods in Fremont (Aldeia) and San Jose (Ladera).
Robson Homes is a design-focused production builder with a curated set of premium included features at each project plus a robust options program. We are not a fully custom builder that builds individual homes for clients.
Robson Homes’ Trade-Up Program allows buyers to purchase a new Robson home while Robson Homes buys their existing home directly — removing the need to sell on the open market before moving. The program is simple: If your existing home meets certain criteria, Robson Homes will buy your home at the appraised value, less 7%, when you purchase a new Robson home. There are no additional realtor fees or commissions involved with the transaction. This program is available at select communities and/or for select homes only. In order to be eligible for purchase a Robson Home, you must be approved for a home loan with one of our Approved Lenders or show proof of funds. Our Approved Lenders have been selected for their expertise in new home financing and their excellent customer service. Robson Homes does not offer home financing, nor do we require buyers to use an Approved Lender to finance the purchase of their home. Robson Homes is not associated with any of our Approved Lenders, nor do we receive any fees or commissions from them. Please reach out to a Sales Associate for a current list of Approved Lenders.
Joining the interest list (available on each neighborhood page and via the Get Updates button at the top of all pages) adds you to email updates on pricing, availability, and sales events. To tour a model home or schedule a private/hard-hat tour, contact the Sales Associates listed on the specific neighborhood page directly.
