Built on the former site of the Villa Felice Hotel, this handcrafted neighborhood was designed as a singular street, bordered by low stone walls and gracefully curving to end a community view park overlooking Vasona Lake. Each richly detailed home was unique with authentic Spanish style detailing and materials, including clay roofs, custom ironwork and handpainted deco tiles.
