Each traditional cottage and craftsman style home is unique, from the detailed exteriors to the interior millwork. Custom designed wood fences, low stone walls and lush landscaping unified the enclave creating a truly special neighborhood experience.

The restored historic home, “Thrash House”, was honored with Grand Awards for “Best Custom Home” and “Best Kitchen Design,” as well as an Award of Merit for “Best Renovated or Restored Single House,” at the 2011 Pacific Coast Builders Conference.
