Oak Tree Circle

Oak Tree Circle is an enclave of 25 single-family homes located within Campbell city limits, but within the USPS limits for Los Gatos. We processed a challenging Planned Development Permit with a density bonus for this development, which included five homes with Accessory Dwelling Units and two Below Market Rate homes. Detailed cottage-style architecture and strong site plan, designed around existing heritage oak trees, created a quaint enclave compatible with the existing neighborhood.
