Penny Lane

Inspired by turn-of-the-century modernist Irving Gill, Penny Lane is a vibrant community featuring two mixed-use buildings and 65 townhomes. A majority of the unique three-story townhomes feature their own rooftop deck, showcasing views to the Santa Cruz Mountains. Staying true to early 1930s modernism, the architecture is elegant and understated.
